About Us

In many instances, particularly when different genders are involved in a conflict, it can be useful to have co-mediators, a male and a female, to provide a balanced mediation. Cathy and Ron met while persuing their education in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at the Justice Institute of BC and have a shared passion for the work. They have partnered in a number of mediations and projects and find their backgrounds and styles compliment one another and provide a power balance within the process.
